Description

ADC-100

Yellow powder, relative density 1.66, non-toxic, odorless, flammable, it is a large foaming agent. At the time of decomposition, 32% of the weight was decomposed into gas, 27% sublimed and 41% residue. The decomposition heat is 359.5j/g, the specific heat is 0.26, and the combustion heat is 1070kj / mol

Applying

1.It is one of the most widely used blowing agents.

2.It can be used for atmospheric foaming and high-pressure foaming. Widely used in EVA, PE, natural rubber, PVC + NBR blending and other foaming.

3.It is especially suitable for large mold hot pressing foaming and small mold pressing foaming of evamd shoe materials, which can impart excellent characteristics to foamed products, especially help to improve the extension of products and obtain more excellent cell structure.

◎ Storage:

The product shall be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and shall not be stacked in the open air to prevent dampness.

This product is inflammable and shall be transported according to jt617. It shall be loaded and unloaded with care. It shall not be close to any heat source to prevent violent impact. Rain, snow and exposure measures shall be taken.

◎ Packaging:This product is divided into two types: bag and barrel (box). The bags are packed in composite paper bags lined with polyethylene film bags. Drums (boxes) shall be packed in polyethylene film lined bags. Special packaging shall be negotiated by both parties.

◎ Safety:It is non-toxic and inflammable, but it is easy to decompose above 120 ℃. A large amount of nitrogen and carbon monoxide will be released during high-temperature decomposition. Poor ventilation can cause poisoning.
